Twenty-three years ago, Jack Kerr took his first job in the waste industry. After serving as a sales representative, safety supervisor, district, and regional manager for Rumpke Consolidated Companies, Inc. headquartered in Cincinnati, he made a change. In 2008, Kerr accepted the vendor relations manager position with The William-Thomas Group.
